It was my excellent good fortune to have judo and jiujitsu classes available to me in my early teens. I only wish it had been possible to start sooner, like age six. It helped me out of many a scrape. Better late than never.

Self Defense for MGTOW or Anybody

The ability to stay alive and relatively undamaged could come in handy in a tight pinch. (Obviously!) Self defense class can be an excellent fitness program all by itself - a major plus. These are things best learned from experts. Find a good class in one or more of:
  • Karate
  • Boxing (the Western kind)
  • Jiujitsu or Judo or Aikido
  • Wrestling (the Western kind)
  • Krav Maga, Mixed Martial Arts, SEAL unarmed combat, whatever form of mayhem might be taught in your immediate area
  • Shooting: rifle, pistol, shotgun. A scrawny 12 year old kid with a gun can defeat a 240 pound professional criminal, and so can a frail old lady - food for thought.
  • Archery: This is all the rage since those 'hunger games' movies came out. Crossbows look like lots of fun to me, and they are lots easier to learn to use than the longbow.
