Today is the day that
the United
States Constitution was signed by delegates at the final meeting
of the Constitutional Convention in 1787.
One might say it's the Constitution's birthday. Happy 227th, and
many more!
Today is the birthday of country
singer Hank Williams
(1923 Mount Olive,
Alabama). He died all too young, but not before founding a dynasty of
country singers now in its third generation. He was one of the all
time greats and is still listened to today.
