How Not to Be Poor

Dr. Helen Smith offers good advice that works in the real world.

How Not to Be Poor

I've tried it both ways, and my life experience has taught me this:
  •  It is better to be frugal than to spend freely.
  • I am never sorry to have money in the bank.

A reader asked, what do I do for income?

Thanks for the interest!   My income comes from rental properties and "passive income" from the stock market.  I don't have a day job anymore.  I did once and used it to fund my real estate and stocks.
